Company was founded in 1997. Staff consists of leading experts of Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, lawyers, experts of governmental institutes such as State Duma, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russian Federation, Federal Service for Nature Resource Use Inspection and their regional branches, regional and local authorities etc. All staff members have extensive experience in environmental and legal consulting. Some of them hold Ph.D. degree and professor position.
